Smolny Beyond Borders is pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the Smolny Associate Degree Online Program, part of the Bard Global Degree.

This two-year program is intended for Russian-speaking displaced students from the Eurasian region. It offers an opportunity for students who are not yet able to attend an international university — due to financial, logistical, or other challenges — to begin or continue their undergraduate education.

Start date: August 10, 2026
Languages of instruction: English and Russian
Application deadline: June 10, 2026
