Smolny Beyond Borders is pleased to announce that admissions are now open for the Smolny Associate Degree Online Program, part of the Bard Global Degree.

This two-year program is designed for Russian-speaking students from the Eurasian region who have been affected by the war in Ukraine or by authoritarian regimes and are currently unable to access international higher education.

Start date: August 10, 2026
Languages of instruction: English and Russian
Application deadline: June 10, 2026
