Anastasiia Kulakova is a data scientist specializing in the application of machine learning and analytics to the energy and sustainability sectors. With more than five years of experience across European energy and retail companies, she focuses on productionizing data science insights to enable continuous, data-driven decision-making. Her professional interests include MLOps, data engineering, energy transition analytics, and the role of data in supporting sustainable development.
She is actively engaged in data communities and is a strong #Data4Good advocate. As a member of CorrelAid Nederland, she provides pro-bono consulting to non-profit organizations on using data effectively for social and environmental impact. Having led pro-bono projects through CorrelAid and mentored at Oxfam Novib’s “Storytelling with Data” workshop, she now hosts the Causal Conversations podcast, which explores the intersections of data, activism, and sustainability.
