Ivan Iufriakov
Data Engineer at the Russian Independent Media Archive
Ivan Iufriakov has more than 10 years of experience in project management and 5 years in service architecture. He has managed teams of up to 40 people and mentored emerging tech talents. He led a team of software engineers who designed and developed backend applications using Python in the major Russian social media company VKontake. Now Ivan is using his experience to create data infrastructure for the Russian Independent Media Archive (a joint initiative of Gagarin Center at Bard College and PEN America).
